EMERGENCY SERVICES

If you are a current client of McCloud Acosta Clinical Services, first contact your therapist at their direct number and leave a message- please mark it urgent!.  They will return your call as soon as possible.  If they are on vacation or leave, they will leave instructions on how to contact the covering licensed clinician.  If you or your family member are having a life or death emergency such as self harm or need for hospitalization, please call 911.  This is not a service that is provided unless you are an established patient of MACS (established patients are defined as having seen their clinician for a reimbursed session within 30 days).

FOR LIFE OR DEATH ISSUES, SUICIDAL THOUGHTS OR PLANS, OR NEEDED HOSPITALIZATION

DO NOT WAIT and proceed immediately to The Behavioral Healthcare Center at CMC Randolph.   501 Billingsley Road, Charlotte, NC  28202 or call 1-800-418-2065
