DBT Groups

In January 2020, we are expanding our DBT program to be one of only few DBT Adherent Groups in Charlotte.  DBT was developed by Marsha Linehan and designed to go for 24 weeks and follow a strict formulated competencies.  MACS is to be a part of this model and legacy. 

 

***ADULT DBT GROUP STARTING IN JANUARY 6, 2020*** 

This group will meet on Thursdays at 5:00pm. There is limited space and clients are required to be in ongoing therapy.  If you do not have a therapist, we can refer you to one.  This group is 24 weeks long and new members must began at the start of the module.  

***TEEN DBT GROUP STARTING JANUARY 6, 2020 *** 

This group will meet on Thursdays at 6:45pm. There is limited space and clients are required to be in ongoing therapy.  If you do not have a therapist, we can refer you to one. his group is 24 weeks long and new members must began at the start of the module.  Parents also meet with the teen DBT group as well.
