All Clinician's at McCloud Acosta Clinical Services PLLC are Independent Sole Proprietors.  They are not employees and MACS has no supervision authority over clinicians.  Each is responsible for their own practice, their own clients, and their own services.  We have joined together under the group of McCloud Acosta Clinical Services PLLC to provide more extensive choices and options to our clients while sharing our costs for offices, billing and practice management.
