Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which a licensed therapist with clinical experience and trainings assists couples involved in a romantic relationship (married, not married or same sex) to  gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve relationship satisfaction utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions.

Our Therapists are committed to helping you determine where you and your partner are struck, repair maladaptive behaviors that are damaging your relationship and then finally, heal together with your partner and learn how to develop a healthy focus on your relationship. People in relationships that aren't working seldom want to leave their partner; they want things to improve, heal and get better. The most common goals for couples are a return to or new dimension in their relationship of peacefulness, intimacy, deepness and more meaningfulness. Our therapists can create the plan for your relationship to meet these goals if both partners are committed to the process.
