We require a 36 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment.  Appointments that are not within this 36 hours will be charged the contracted rate. Appointments where the client does not show will also be charged the contracted rate as self pay.  This is because this time has been specially reserved for you and cannot be re-booked in such short notice. Insurance will not pay this fee.
