Aspasia Ralli-Koukoutsis NCC, LPCS, LCAS

Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor & Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist

Aspa is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPCS), National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) who specializes in the clinical treatment of children, adolescents and adult facing mental health and addiction challenges.  As a LPCS (LPC Supervisor) in North Carolina, she provides clinical supervision to associate level clinicians in training for licensure. 

 

Aspa is an Independent Contractor, not an employee, thus she is individually responsible for all apsect of her client's care. She is independently insured and manages her own practice. She contracts with MACS PLLC for marketing, billing, and office space.  

Aspa graduated from the University of New Hampshire and North Carolina A&T and has over 17 years of clinical experience working in a variety of settings including private practice in the office and in the home with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with issues of depression, anxiety, grief, addiction and trauma to Substance Abuse Outpatient and correctional settings where she assisted clients in obtaining sobriety and building a healthy recovery support system. She has worked with people who  have been diagnosed with Bipolar, Schizophrenia and Borderline personality disorder using DBT, CBT, family therapy, child centered and directive models, reality therapy, brief solution focused therapy and other psychotherapy models. 

 

Aspa considers it a privilege to have worked with the LGBT community and military veterans for the past 15 years. As a therapist, she focuses on empowerment and self-awareness for each client. Her practice style is mainly interpersonal and eclectic tailored to fit each individual client’s needs. Aspa emphasize collaborative relationships with her clients entering substance abuse and mental health treatment. As a Greek immigrant herself, Aspa's counseling basis is respect and understanding of each individual’s cultural heritage and background. 

 

Aspa accepts Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, CBHA, Medicaid, Medcost, Magellan, NC Health Choice, Tricare, UHC, Self Pay and Out of Network Benefits.

Her office hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.
